The Monte San Martino can usually be reached on foot all year round in approximately 1.5 hours (one way) on unsurfaced roads and tracks. These are nestled in the beech woods of the Monte Casale and have hardly changed over time. Mountain hiking clothes and footwear are recommended.

| 1 From Ponte Arche to Lundo (parking available). Leaving Lundo follow the forest road (signposted SAT 425) towards „Malga di Vigo“ and „Monte Blestone“. Tracks leading to the mountain are signposted along the way. Total distance: c. 3 km. Difference in altitude: 240 metres. Time: c. 1.5 hours. Return via the same route. Fountain in Lundo. |
| 2 From Vigo Lomaso to the Church of San Silvestro (parking available). From the church follow the unsurfaced road (access opposite the car park, signpost SAT 425) towards „Malga di Vigo“ and „Monte Blestone“. Tracks leading to the mountain are signposted along the way. Total distance: c. 3 km. Difference in altitude: 420 metres. Time: c. 1.5 hours. Return via the same route. Fountain on the Piazza in Vigo Lomaso. |
| 3 From Arco to San Giovanni al Monte (parking available near the church). Leaving San Giovanni al Monte follow the unsurfaced road (SAT 425) towards „Malga di Vigo“ and „Lundo“. Tracks leading to the mountain are signposted along the way. Total distance: c. 3 km. Difference in altitude: c. 100 metres. Time: c. 1 hour. Return via the same route. Drinking water available at the Rifugio San Giovanni. |
